The Palestinian stock market, Palestine Exchange, closed the 2016 year trading at a rise in its index.

The 'Al-Quds Index' of the best trading companies on the market closed Thursday trading, the last trading session in the year, at 530.16 points, a 1.74 points (0.33%) increase compared to the last trading session.

Shares of 18 companies were traded. Share price increased in seven companies and decreased in six others.
