The Trade and Industry Ministry is implementing a comprehensive plan to develop the performance of the Social Fund for Development (SFD), said Minister Mounir Fakhry Abdel Nour.
The plan entails facilitating measures for people who need loans to carry out micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, he went on to say.
The SFD has recently endorsed a new system in order to facilitate loans provided to the people, he added.
