The National Assembly, at its follow-up session on Wednesday, approved a request by the parliamentary panel investigating case of "the mega-millions deposits" till April 30.
The commission has also requested the ministry of justice furnish it with information about properties owned by MPs between 2006 and 2009.
Meanwhile, Minister of Oil and Minister of State for National Assembly Affairs Dr. Ali Al-Omair stated that the government was supportive of extending the commission mandate, however, he noted that the request for real-estate data "is unconstitutional."
