His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received at Bayan Palace on Tuesday Minister of Oil and Minister of State for National Assembly Affairs Ali Al-Omair, accompanied by visiting Iranian Minister of Oil Bijan Zanganeh who handed His Highness the Amir a letter from President Hassan Rouhani regarding bilateral relations.
