Irbid - KUNA
Kuwait Red Crescent Society (KRCS) delivered Wednesday relief aid to around 900 Syrian refugee families in the northern Jordanian city of Irbid.
Head of the KRCS delegation Abdullah Al-Nassar told KUNA that the relief aid mission was instructed by the Kuwaiti leadership to deliver aid to the Syrian refugees who are in desperate need for help especially during the harsh and cold winter season.
Kuwait will continue to serve the Syrian refugees during their plight which has been ongoing since March 2011, said the official.
