Jordan has spent USD2.1 billion hosting Syrian refugees, said Interior Minister Hussein al Majali.
Speaking before the parliament on Tuesday Majali said that some 2.4 million Syrian refugees are currently being sheltered in camps across Jordan since the civil war broke out in Syria in 2011.
