The Iraqi parliament held on Thursday an extraordinary session to discuss the 2015 budget of 123 trillion Iraqi dinars.
The session was held upon a call by Parliament Speaker Selim al Gabouri.
The cabinet agreed on the budget on December 23 in a bid to address the deficit prompted by falling oil prices.
