The goods trade and exchange rates in Suez and Red Sea ports have jumped on Saturday, spokesman for the General Red Sea Ports Authority.
A ship laden with 31,500 tons of aluminum coming from the United States docked in Safaga Port, spokesman Abdul Rahim Mustafa said.
Also, number of cruise ships along with vessels carrying live animals, coal and wheat anchored in the port, the spokesman added.
Meantime, another ship laden with 100,360 containers of goods coming from Saudi Arabia arrived in Sokhna Port, Mustafa said.
