Minister of Finance Hani Qadri expected Sunday Egypt's Economic Development Conference (EEDC) to attract 10 billion dollars in foreign direct investments.
In a report to Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab, Qadri said he touched high interest in the EEDC during recent visits that included London.
He had meetings with a host of British and European businessmen and attended meetings of the British Egyptian Business Association (BEBA) and met officials of Fitch and Standards and Poor's rating agencies.
