Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab on Thursday issued a decision reorganizing the demographic center to be a public authority with an independent legal personality affiliated with the minister of planning and administrative reform.
The decision stipulates that the center will work for spreading demographic awareness inside Egypt and undertake research activities in the field of population.
