The Finance Ministry auctioned on Thursday treasury bills at a total value of EGP 7 billion.
In an online statement, the ministry said it sold EGP 3 billion of 182-day T-bills. The average yield was 11.458 percent, it said.
As for the 357-day T-bills, sold for EGP 4 billion, they achieved average revenue of 11.676, the ministry said.
The Central Bank of Egypt announced that it will auction 91- and 266-day T-bills at a total value of EGP 6.5 billion.
