Egypt approved a 300-million-dollar loan agreement with the World Bank that will go for financing small and medium-sized enterprises and creating new job opportunities.
A republican decree in this regard was issued in the Gazette on Thursday.
The loan deal was signed in Washington in April of 2014.
The deal will open doors for women, youth and marginalized groups to start and grow MSEs utilizing innovative financing tools to expand access to credit.
