EgyptAir, the national flag carrier, operated 28 domestic flights to Sharm El Sheikh to transport nearly 2,500 guests of the Egypt Economic Development Conference.
Sharm El Sheikh International Airport received on Thursday 50 flights carrying Arab and foreign figures, heads of international companies and Egyptian investors, Civil Aviation Minister Hossam Kamal said.
The arrival movement is still ongoing at the airport with another 27 flights expected to land in Sharm El Sheikh, Kamal said.
