Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab said on Monday that the economic conference slated for March in Sharm el Sheikh is a launch pad for the Egyptian economy.
"Investment projects in 11 sectors will be offered during the conference," Mahlab said during his meeting with members of the Egyptian community in Kuwait.
He added that many countries will take part in the event and that more than 2,500 invitations were sent to international companies and official delegation to attend.
President Sisi will open the conference and deliver a speech on the state's strategic plan, economic approach and future development plans, the prime minister said.
