Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council Advisor Salim Al Kuwari received today President and members of the Financial Disclosure Authority to get informed about the authority's preparations to activate the provisions of law 32 for the year 2010 and its executive bylaw issued in decree-law 82 for the year 2012 and the Royal Order 26 for the year 2012 concerning the setting of the Financial Disclosure Authority.
The Supreme Judicial Council Chairman underlined the importance of seriousness, secrecy and precision in examining the financial disclosures so as to protect public money, pointing out that the authority will be operational after the parliamentary and municipal elections.
