Israeli occupation decided today to open the Karam Abu Salem crossing to allow the entry of 470 truckloads with goods for the commercial, agricultural and aids sectors.
Head of the Coordination Committee for entry of goods in the Gaza Strip Raed Fattouh said that the truckloads with goods including 150 truckloads with gravel for infrastructure of roads and 90 truckloads with construction materials for projects of the International Agency for Palestine Refugees Relief / UNRWA /.
Quantities of diesel will be pumped, Fattouh added.
The Karam Abu Salem is the only commercial crossing operating in Gaza for the entry of goods and fuel and the occupation authorities close it on Friday and Saturday of each week.
