The United States and Cuba will hold their first meeting January 21 in Havana on normalizing diplomatic relations, the State Department said Thursday.
Assistant Secretary of State for Latin America Roberta Jacobson will represent the US side in the January 21-22 talks, State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki said.
