Ukraine and Russia's foreign ministers are due to meet with their German and French counterparts Monday in Berlin to discuss the Ukraine conflict, the German foreign ministry said.
The meeting was agreed in a phone call on Friday between Russian top diplomat Sergei Lavrov, Ukraine's Pavlo Klimkin, Laurent Fabius of France and Germany's Frank-Walter Steinmeier, a statement said.
