Ukraine's President Petro Poroshenko said Saturday that he will hold phone talks with US President Barack Obama and the leaders of Germany and France as fighting raged ahead of an agreed truce.
Poroshenko said he will speak with German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Francois Hollande at 1500 GMT, before having a conversation with Obama two hours later.
