A record 25,000 people attended a protest rally Monday by Germany's Patriotic Europeans Against the Islamisation of the Occident in the eastern city of Dresden, police said.
It was the populist anti-Islam group's 12th rally since being formed in late October and the first since last week's deadly jihadist attacks in Paris.
