At least 15,000 people turned out Wednesday evening in Athens, according to police, for a "dignity" rally in support of the new leftist government's plans to ease austerity policies.
The rally came as Greece's finance minister was meeting his sceptical eurozone colleagues in Brussels in a bid to renegotiate the terms of country's huge bailout.
