Nasdaq resumed trading Thursday at around 3:25 pm (1925 GMT) after a technical glitch halted activity on the tech-oriented exchange for about three hours. The Nasdaq Composite index, which was frozen throughout the suspension, was up 34.13 (0.95 percent) at 3,633.92.
