The Israeli army shot dead a Palestinian in the occupied West Bank on Monday after stones were thrown at a military vehicle, Palestinian security officials said.
There was no immediate word on the age or identity of the dead man but the officials said a 19-year-old was also wounded in the same incident near the northern city of Nablus.
Around 20 Palestinians have been killed by the Israeli army in the West Bank since June, according to an AFP tally.
