EU foreign ministers agreed Monday to hit more Ukraine separatists with asset freezes and travel bans, diplomats said, deepening sanctions over the crisis that pits pro-Kremlin rebels against Kiev.
After a meeting in Brussels, the ministers asked the union's diplomatic service to come up with a new blacklist "targeting separatists", for a final decision by the end of the month, they said.
