Estonia's centre-left governing coalition took the lead in Sunday elections, held amid security concerns over a militarily resurgent Russia, official figures showed.
The ruling coalition was leading in  54 of the 101 parliamentary seats with half of the votes counted.
The opposition pro-Kremlin Centre party looked set to lose ground, ahead in just 14 seats, down from 26 in the outgoing parliament.
