Egypt\'s military on Monday urged supporters of ousted Islamist president Mohamed Morsi to end their sit-in protests, pledging that they would face no legal consequences for having joined in the demonstrations. But spokesman Colonel Ahmed Aly warned against anyone approaching military facilities or threatening national security, in remarks at a news conference after at least 42 people were killed in violence outside the Republican Guard headquarters in Cairo.
