A car bomb in a Cairo street Thursday blasted a convoy of vehicles transporting Egypt\'s interior minister Mohammed Ibrahim, who survived the attack, security sources told AFP. The explosion took place at around 10:30 am (0830 GMT) near Ibrahim\'s home in the capital\'s Nasr City area, they said, adding the vehicle was parked in the street. There were no immediate reports of casualties, the sources said.
