Some areas were faced with danger of landslides, and some families needed to be evacuated, officials said.
Several roads were damaged and drivers were warned to avoid while fire fighters continued the repair work on the roads.
Local meteorological department on Thursday issued warnings for more thunderstorms. Large part of BiH, including Banja Luka, capital city of Republika Srpska (RS), an entity of BiH, was hit hard by quick rainfall on Tuesday and early Wednesday.
