Arab Lawyers Union Sayed Abdel Ghani

Assistant Secretary General of the Arab Lawyers Union Sayed Abdel Ghani said that the General Secretariat of the union decided to organize an international campaign aiming at gaining international support at the level of governmental and non-governmental organizations, to work immediately to end the Israeli occupation of Palestine.
He added, in an interview with ”Emirates Voice"  that the international community should pressure Israel to abandon its systematic and racist policies and to force the Israeli occupation to change its approach against the Palestinian people as soon as possible.
He added that the union prepared a memorandum to discuss the Israeli violations against the holy sites in Palestine, saying that the memorandum is scheduled to be presented to the representative of the United Nations in Cairo and to Director General of League of Arab States. He blamed the current state of division dominating the Arab world for the current deterioration witnessed on the Palestinian arena.
Abdel Ghani called on the Security Council to hold an emergency session to discuss the Israeli aggressions and the illegality of the settlements and the flagrant violation of the laws and the Charter of the United Nations Security. He rebukes the Israeli measures in Aqsa Mosqi and other holy sites in Palestine.
