South Africa captain Hashim Amla won the toss and elected to bat first in the third and final one-day international against Bangladesh at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in the port city of Chittagong on Wednesday.
The two teams are currently locked at 1-1 in three-match series.
South Africa won the first game by eight wickets before Bangladesh bounced back to square the series with a seven-wicket win in the second match.
Bangladesh fielded an unchanged squad from Sunday’s second match while South Africa brought in Morne Morkel for Chris Morris.
