Brazil football star Neymar stopped over in Dubai before heading to Barcelona, keeping his fans guessing about his rumored move to Paris Saint-Germain.
The Barcelona player announced his arrival in Dubai with an Instagram post but according to a report on espn.co.uk website, he is headed to Barcelona and expected to join the club training win Wednesday.
The Barcelona forward has been heavily linked with a ?222million (£199m) move to the French side who are set to trigger his Nou Camp release clause.
After he appeared for a fashion event in Shanghai, it was speculated that he would head from Shanghai to Doha for medicals but on Tuesday, he headed for the Catalan city after a stop-over in the UAE. It was not known if he stayed in the city or transited through Dubai.
There were a number of speculations about Neymar going for medical, including possibility of visiting Paris but finally he seems to headed back to Barcelona.
Neymar also quoted, on social media, a passage from the Bible that could be interpreted as a hint regarding his future and a potential PSG move."I am not saying this because I am in need," the 25-year-old wrote. "For I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances.
"I know what it is to be in need and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want."
