Chris Paul scored 11 points during a 41-point Los Angeles first quarter Wednesday that sent the Clippers rolling to a 117-89 win over Houston. Los Angeles shot 56 percent from the field to win its second in a row. The Clippers forced 18 turnovers and committed only six. Blake Griffin had two dunks during the big first period and finished with 22 points and nine rebounds. Paul had 20 points and 10 assists while Randy Foye added 16 off the bench. Houston, playing in the second of three road games in four days, has yet to win away from home this season. Kevin Lowry led the Rockets with 17 points.
