Swiss jumper Simon Amman, four-time Olympic champion, elected to bypass Kuusamo and will make his seasonal debut at next weekend\'s meeting at Lillehammer in Norway. The team event, the opening leg of the season, was due to have been held on Saturday but was held over 24 hours due to high winds.
