Asbel Kiprop led Kenya's 1-2 finish at the men's 1,500 meters final of the world athletics championships here on Sunday.

Kiprop clocked 3:34.40 for gold and Elijah Motonei Manangoi had silver in 3:34.63.

Morocco's Abdalaati Iguider took bronze in 3:34.67.
