Viktor Troicki had a dominant second set in collecting a straight-set win Tuesday in the first round of the ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament in the Netherlands. Troicki, the No. 7 seed in Rotterdam, defeated local favorite Thiemo de Bakker 7-6 (8-6), 6-0. After the close first set, Troicki lost just seven points in the second set. He won 12-of-13 points on serve. Philipp Kohlschreiber came out a 6-1, 1-6, 6-4 winner over eighth-seeded Marcel Granollers. After he and Granollers trading lopsided sets, Kohlschreiber cashed in two of his three break chances in the third set for the win. Mikhail Youzhny claimed 6-0, 6-7 (4-7), 6-0 over Igor Kunitsyn by winning nearly three-quarters of the points in the first and third sets while Jarkko Nieminen got by Igor Sijsling, another Dutch player, 6-1, 6-7 (7-9), 7-5. Also, Nikolay Davydenko beat Robin Haase 7-5, 6-2 and Andreas Seppi rallied for a 1-6, 7-6 (7-5), 6-2 victory over Rik De Voest.
