The UAE rowing team has dominated the 11th Arab Rowing Championships in Tunisia.

UAE rowers Hamad Saeed Al Shamsi and Ahmed Khamis Al Hammadi of Al Hamriyah Cultural and Sports Club in Sharjah won the gold medal in the 500-metre rowing competition.

Salem Al Shamsi, Deputy Chairman of the Club and Head of the UAE team, congratulated the two rowers on their achievement and dedicated the win to the leadership, the government and the people of the UAE.
