As part of the preparations for AFC Asian Cup, the Syrian football team is scheduled to face the Egyptian Petrojet team on Tuesday. The Syrian team will also play against the Sudanese al-Ahli team on February 1st before travelling to Oman to face its team on February 6th. Syria's team is in group A in the AFC Asian Cup, along with Oman, Jordan and Singapore.
