Santos Laguna eased to a 3-1 win at Toluca to go top of the Clausura table on Sunday. Oribe Peralta opened the scoring after 20 minutes and Christian Suarez doubled the lead 12 minutes later. Carlos Quintero made it 3-0 two minutes after the break, meaning Diego De La Torre's 66th-minute reply was too little too late. The win lifted Santos a point clear of Tigres Monterrey at the top of the table. Meanwhile, Monterrey went fourth, two points behind local rivals Tigres, as Angel Reyna snatched a 3-2 victory at Club America with a last-minute winner. Club twice led, through two Christian Benitez strikes, but twice Monterrey replied, first through Humberto Suazo and then, five minutes from the end, courtesy of Dario Carreno. Reyna then intervened to seal the comeback win in the last minute. Elsewhere, Estudiantes Tecos beat Guadalajara 1-0 thanks to Edgar Mejia's goal five minutes from time.
