Eden Hazard did his market value no harm with a goal and three assists in Lille\'s convincing win over poor travellers Valenciennes. Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini was reportedly in the stands at the Stade Lille-Metropole. The Premier League team have been linked with a move for Hazard - and the midfielder sparkled as Lille reclaimed third place in Ligue 1. Hazard opened the scoring in the 18th minute and after Brou Angoua had scored an own goal, Aurelien Chedjou and Tulio de Melo completed a comfortable home win. Valenciennes had picked up just seven points on the road prior to this contest and their quest to avoid a tenth away defeat was dented when Dimitri Payet and De Melo combined to set up Hazard for the opening goal. Valenciennes goalkeeper Nicolas Penneteau saved his side 11 minutes later when he kept out Florent Balmont\'s effort from a tight angle. The hosts dominated the remainder of the half but it was the visitors who first threatened after the break, with Mamadou Samassa wasting a good chance in the 53rd minute after Remi Cohade and Vincent Aboubakar had created the opening. It proved a costly miss as Lille doubled their advantage five minutes later. Hazard picked out Lucas Digne on the left and the Angoua, attempting to clear, put the ball into his own net. In the 69th minute it was 3-0 when an unmarked Chedjou headed in Hazard\'s corner. And after De Melo had shaved the post with a 74th-minute effort, the win was sealed six minutes from time when Brazilian forward De Melo\'s header at the near post, from another Hazard corner, beat Penneteau.
