The Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) condemned the terrorist attack that targeted the Iraqi city of Hillah, south of Baghda, leaving 60 persons dead and more than 70 others injured.
In a press statement released late Sunday, ISESCO said such heinous crime and sectarian division incited by foreign powers should be countered with rational policies and a national unity among the Iraqis who should place high the interests of their country.
The statement also denounced all forms of terrorism, violence and aggression against innocent people and their properties.
