The Organization of the Islamic Cooperation (OIC) condemned on Friday a terror attack that targeted a Shiite mosque in Saudi Arabia.
Four people were killed while 18 others were injured including two policemen when a suicide bomber blew himself up and another opened fire outside the mosque in al Ahsa region in Eastern Province.
In a press release, Secretary General of OIC Iyad Ameen Madani asserted the organization rejection to all sorts of terrorism and extremism.
He also called for unifying efforts to face terrorism and extremism with all means.
