The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, has sent a condolences cable to the Spanish Monarch Felipe VI, following the terrorist attack in Barcelona.

According to Saudi Press Agency, SPA, in his cable, King Salman Al Saud said, "We have been informed of the terrorist ramming into the public that took place in Barcelona, resulting in victims and casualties. We strongly disapprove of such heinous crimes, and express to the Monarch and the families of the victims, on behalf of the Saudi people and government, and in my name, our sincere condolences and faithful consolation."

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques wished a speedy recovery to the injured and reiterated the Kingdom's "unflinching" stance in rejecting terrorism, in all forms and manifestations, while also asserting the significance of internationally concerted endeavors to confront and uproot it.
