Tod’s 2013 collection London - Arabstoday Tod’s Autumn-Winter 2012/13 Women’s collection has feminine and modern shapes, refined details and innovative lines, where the craftsmanship identity of the brand is expressed in its highest quality. THE SHOES This season’s highlight is a style in which the manufacturing requires a perfect ability: The Monk strap ankle boot for a more casual look or the classic décolleté, where the extremely light plateau is joined to a visible leather sole, and the heel, padded in leather, gives the shoe  an original and very feminine aesthetic. The range of products is completed by:  a to-the-knee high heel boot in brushed calfskin and soft suede, simple yet elegant and with a chunky 10cm heel, a playful mix of classic and modern coloured suede slippers and flat loafers with tassels in classic brush or metallic calf skins. THE BAGS For the new season, the Tod’s bag collection widens with new shapes, where the high quality is expressed in new models, with precious materials and in different colours. The luxury of quality is an aesthetic and functional pleasure. The Miky Bag, iconic model of the brand, develops an innovative design. The rounded construction, example of the high quality of the brand, has a leading role in this bag, along with the “selleria” touch, which is highlighted by the contrasting seaming. The leather is very soft and the patent calf skin enhances the skill of Tod’s artisans. In a bigger version, the handle and the shoulder belt make the Miky Bag extremely versatile: a bag where the precision, the modernity and the quality are described by every detail. The iconic D Bag Luxury, an evolution of the classic D Bag in a super-luxurious hide, features a full leather lining. Created with the highest levels of craftsmanship and technical expertise and in the most beautiful leathers, the D Bag is soft, with a hand-cut finish and a contemporary silhouette ranging in precious tie-and-dye crocodile and calf skin with bright sheep skin details, or more rectangular in coloured soft calfskin and sheep skin. The shopper, which became already a classic, is bigger yet still elegant. The material is exquisitely soft, in natural calfskin, perfect for the Tod’s woman, who enjoys family, travel and work and who needs functionality and elegance at the same time. The collection is completed by a range of new tiny shoulder bags and two tone oversized clutches with a new metallic clip closure.
