Katy, 28, wore two different red, white and blue dresses on stage, including one with the president's 'Forward' slogan emblazoned down the front.   She started out in a patriotic number with ribbons draped around it, similar to the piping on a large cake. After her first song, which was a cover of Al Green's soul hit Let's Stay Together, Katy peeled off the dress to reveal a bright blue rubber outfit with 'Forward' written on it.
