Police in California say they are holding a woman who was found with a trash can that contained the partial remains of an unidentified man. Carmen Montenegro, 51, of San Bernardino, Calif., was arrested on suspicion of murder charges after she was spotted wheeling a trash can with human remains inside it down a street in Ontario, Calif., the San Bernardino (Calif.) Sun reported. Police believe the human remains came from the backyard of a home on the 700 Block of North Homes Avenue, said Detective Jeff Crittenden. Crittenden said the identity of the deceased man, his cause of death and his connection to Montenegro is being investigated.
