Three people were killed in a helicopter crash in the Russian Republic of Bashkortostan on Thursday, Russia's Itar tass news agency reported.
The Robinson helicopter was monitoring the forest fire situation with a crew of three, and crashed 30km south of the community of Inzer, Beloretsk district, none of them apparently survived, according to regional emergency services.
The helicopter was completely destroyed, and rescuers recovered the bodies of the pilot and two forestry management workers, officials said.
The cause was not immediately clear.
