A Saudi border guard was killed when Houthi gunmen opened fire at an advanced border position southern Saudi Arabia on Saturday.
Saudi Press Agency, SPA, quoted the Spokesman of the Saudi Interior ministry's as saying, "Houthi gunmen opened fire from the Yemeni territories at the Saudi position causing wounds to Sultan bin Ayed Al Sharari."
"Al Sharari was rushed to hospital but died of his wounds before reaching the medical facility," the spokesman added.
