Manama - ArabToday
The statements made by some political societies during the glorious anniversary of the National Action Charter (NAC) on February 14 are inconsistent with the all-inclusive fundamentals and values of the NAC, as they depict foreign circumstances and examples that pose a threat to the national security, stability and gains, the Office of Political Societies' Affairs at the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments said.
The recent statements of those political societies included a repetition of their stances in support of creating an incubator for violence and terrorism through tackling terrorist and sabotage acts in other contexts aimed at providing a cover for the terror groups and acts of violence that target the security of the nation, the citizens and residents, the Office said in a statement issued today.
The Office stressed that the term "crisis" that those political societies have been using in their literature reflects the "state of crisis" that they are going through as result of their work against the legitimacy and the national action principles within the framework of constitutional establishments.
It also reflects their repeated failures and their keenness not carry out their duties towards the nation to serve the agenda of sectarian parties that have been condemned for inciting violence and dissolved as per court rulings, the statement added.
The Office pointed out that the ongoing violations by these political societies prove that they lack all the requirements of legitimate political work, pose a threat to stability, and play a role that causes damage to the democratic and political work and its progress in the kingdom.
The Office warned that in light of their repeated gross violations, it will take the necessary legal procedures against the violators.
