A man performing Umrah in the holy city of Makkah has passed away.

According to Saudi Arabian newspaper Al Riyadh, the man, in his 40s, was circumambulating the Holy Kaaba when he felt breathless and complained of weakness.

Medical professionals and volunteers on the site tried to revive the man, but failed.
