A senior Daesh leader was killed on Thursday after the US-led international coalition raided the outskirts of Raqqah city in Syria.
The London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said Abu El Hijaa el Tunisi was dispatched by Daesh leader Abu Bakr al Baghdadi to supervise military operations in Aleppo.
Another man, who was riding the car alongside Tunisi, was also killed in the attack.
The international coalition has not issued any official word on the military operation so far.
